Leonard Rickhard (1945) regnes som en av Norges fremste billedkunstnere, og har et særegent og svært personlig uttrykk. Et motiv som går igjen er konfrontasjonen mellom natur og teknologi der roen i en vakker bjørkeskog forstyrres av for eksempel industrielementer, helikoptre eller brann. Deler av hans kunstnerskap er preget av opplevelsen av å vokse opp i etterkrigstidens Norge, og han har en uttalt mistillit til den store framtidsoptimismen som preget tiden. Rickhard viser malerier og tegninger fra de siste ti årenes produksjon, samt flere nye arbeider.
